Storage Tips:
Keep your kimchi refrigerated. As long as it’s sealed airtight, it will keep for up to 3 months. Kimchi doesn’t spoil — it simply develops a deeper, tangier flavour over time. The longer it ferments, the more sour it becomes.
Once opened refrigerate and eat within 3 days.

Cabbage, Mooli, Spring onion, Glutinous rice flour, Gochugaru, Soy sauce, Garlic, Ginger, Salt, Onion, Sugar.
Please note, for allergies: the only allergens is soy (in the soy sauce).
